Privacy notice
ParcelFuelSurcharge.com is operated by Logistics Contract Optimizer, Green Bay, Wisconsin. The calculators and data work without registration and without cookies.
What we collect
Calculators and pages: nothing that identifies you. Calculator inputs stay in your browser; a shared link contains only the inputs you chose to share. We count anonymous events (a calculator was used, a button was clicked) by day, with no IP address, cookie or identifier stored.
Review requests: the name, work email, company, phone number, shipping profile and message you choose to send, plus the page you sent it from and your country as reported by our hosting provider.
Monday alerts: your email address and the page where you signed up.
Analytics: none beyond the anonymous counters above.
How we use it
To reply to your review request, to send the weekly alert you asked for, and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Requests and alert sign-ups are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and may be forwarded to the customer-relationship tools our team uses to respond. Review requests are kept for up to two years; alert sign-ups until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by contacting sales@contractoptimizer.com or calling (920) 401-6815. Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link.
Spam protection
Forms include hidden checks and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. Turnstile processes limited technical data under Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
